Privacy note
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This note explains what happens to the details you send me through the enquiry form on this website. Harbour & Co. Studio is run by Ahamed in Newhaven, East Sussex, and I’m responsible for your information. You can contact me at [email protected].
What the forms collect
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, business name and existing website, if you choose to give them
- What you need help with, and your message
- That you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry
- If you fill in the project questionnaire: your answers about your business and website, and any logo or photos you choose to upload
What I use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry, talk to you about the work you asked about and, if you asked for one, build a preview of your website. I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I don’t sell or share your details with anyone else. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, processes the form when you send it, and stores my private client records, where your enquiry is also saved. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person, not a spam bot.
- Resend sends your enquiry to my inbox by email.
Both act on my behalf and only use your information to provide their service. Some of their processing may happen outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long I keep it
Your enquiry is kept in my email inbox and my private client records for as long as we’re in touch about it. If we don’t go on to work together, it’s deleted within 12 months.
Cookies and tracking
This website has no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and filter out spam.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just email [email protected] and I’ll sort it out within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, please tell me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
